To unlock the ‘Yo Ho (A Pirate’s Life) Shanty,’ you will need to complete all 58 commendations found in the A Pirate’s Life Tall Tales.
You will unlock most commendations by simply playing through the Tall Tales, as they are unmissable and story-related. However, a fair amount of the commendations require you to go out of your way to seek them out.
Unlike the Shores of Gold Tall Tales, it is possible to complete all but one Tall Tale just once and earn every commendation for it.
Once you complete every commendation in A Pirate’s Life, the ‘Yo Ho (A Pirate’s Life) Shanty’ will automatically be added to your Shanties Radial. You will not need to purchase it.
