Captain Flameheart is a passionate leader and encourages pirates who serve him to be as equally passionate about their cause. While fiery cosmetics, curses, and titles are a great way to show your loyalty, nothing compares to the Skeleton Curse. Only the most fearsome pirates can take part in the Ritual of the Flame ceremony and receive the curse!
The Ritual of the Flame
To participate in the Ritual of the Flame, you’ll need access to The Reaper’s Lair. You can only enter The Reaper’s Lair after reaching a Reputation of 75 with the Reaper’s Bones and an Allegiance of 100 with the Servants of the Flame.
Once you have made your down to The Reaper’s Lair, follow the winding path to the lowest chamber in the lair. Once you have made it to the room filled with a liquid golden elixir, stand before the Voice of the Flame. You will see a prompt to “Kneel,” which will start the ritual.
After the ritual, you will receive the Skeleton Curse, which will automatically be in your Vanity Chest for future use.
Other pirates can watch you during your ritual, and you can watch other pirates if you happen upon one getting theirs.
