The Midnight Blades cosmetic set includes many stylish pieces, but the Midnight Blades Mask is one of the more unique cosmetics you can earn.
You see, the Midnight Blades Mask is the first of its kind! Pirates can now adorn a mask over their mouth and nose to conceal their identity. That is if they can complete the mischievous commendation required to unlock it!
Stolen Secrets Commendation
To unlock the Midnight Blades Mask, you need to complete the Stolen Secrets commendation. This commendation requires you to place a stolen Map Bundle on your Voyage Table.
To complete Stolen Secrets, you will first need to steal another pirate crew’s Map Bundle.
The best place to find Map Bundles to steal is on the Voyage Tables of other pirate crew’s ships.
You can either steal a Map Bundle covertly or forcibly. Oh, and you could also borrow one from a friendly crew if you want to take less drastic measures.
To steal a Map Bundle covertly, you will have to sneak aboard another crew’s ship and physically steal the Map Bundle you find there. Once you have a stolen Map Bundle, go to your ship and “Place” or “Combine” the Map Bundle on your ship’s Voyage Table.
To steal a Map Bundle forcibly, you will have to sink another crew’s ship that has a Map Bundle and gather it once it has surfaced. Map Bundles float on the water, similar to treasure.
Once you place or combine the stolen Map Bundle, you will complete the Stolen Secrets commendation. You only need to steal a Map Bundle once unlike some other Buried Treasure commendations.
It's a Beard!
Once you have completed the commendation, head to any Clothing Shop and purchase the Midnight Blades Mask. You’ll find it under the Beard section.
Once you have purchased the mask, go to any Vanity Chest to equip it. Again, you’ll find the Midnight Blades Mask under the Beard section.
