The Hunter’s Call is busier than ever as Season 15 introduces new fauna to track down, fresh Voyages to embark upon, and more Reputation Levels unlock!
However, unlike previous Seasons, not all the features, mechanics, and tools will be available at launch. Instead, you can expect new experiences to unlock throughout Season 15. An expanded Hunter’s Call Trading Company, Fishing Voyages, and Ancient Megalodons are just the beginning!
Hunter's Call Levels and Distinctions
Similar to the rest of the Trading Companies, you can now progress to Reputation Level 500 in the Hunter’s Call. Upon completing Reputation Level 100 in the Hunter’s Call, your level will reset back to one, and you will earn a Distinction. You can earn five levels of Distinction for the Hunter’s Call, allowing you to progress to Reputation Level 500.
Along the way from Reputation Level 50 to 100, you will unlock Hunter’s Call rewards to purchase at every five levels. The rewards include Equipment, Weapons, and a Ship’s Crest from the Killer Whale set. You can see the complete list of cosmetics you’ll unlock on your way to Level 100 here.
You will also unlock a Ring of Distinction for the Hunter’s Call each time you earn a Distinction. The rings you unlock will be more decorated and distinguished the higher the Distinction level.

Hunter's Call Emissary
The Hunter’s Call Emissary allows you to raise a Hunter’s Call Emissary Flag at the Hunter’s Call Emissary Table. You will unlock the ability to use the Hunter’s Call Emissary once your Hunter’s Call Reputation Level is 15. If you are already above level 15, you can purchase the Emissary License immediately from any Hunter’s Call representative and raise an Emissary Flag.
Once raised, you can increase the Grade of your Hunter’s Call Emissary Flag and earn bonus Gold and Hunter’s Call Reputation, based on your Grade, when handing in treasure to the Hunter’s Call.

Hunter's Call at Outposts
The Hunter’s Call representatives are no longer exiled to the Seaposts and set up shop on every Outpost across the Sea of Thieves.
You can now find them and their Emissary Table on Outposts and Seaposts.

Hunter's Call Voyages
The Hunter’s Call has two types of Voyages for you to start from your Quest Table. The first type is Fishing Voyages. Fishing Voyages will have you sailing to a nearby island to fish for Treasured Fish at a designated spot. You can learn more about how to complete the Fishing Voyages here!
The second type of Voyages are Raid Voyages. All the Raid Voyages you know from the other Trading Companies are also available to the Hunter’s Call. Like the other Trading Companies, you can expect to find Hunter’s Call-specific treasure as rewards for completing these Raid Voyages. For more on Raid Voyages and the they reward, head on over to our guide here!

Ancient Megalodons
The Ancient Barnacled Dread and the Ancient Feared Redmaw now roam the Sea of Thieves. These fearsome beasts are bigger than regular Megalodons and have unique abilities that make each encounter unique.
The Ancient Barnacled Dread is a Coral Megalodon with a protective coral layer covering its body. It also has an electric-filled bite and can summon Eel-ectric Ocean Crawlers on nearby ships! To discover its weaknesses, check out our dedicated guide here!
The Ancient Feared Redmaw is an Ashen Megalodon that can light your ship on fire with a bite or explosive blast. To prevent the giant shark from overheating and exploding, you must continually damage it. If you want to master this encounter, you can read our dedicated guide here!
One Ancient Megalodon will always be roaming the High and Safer Seas. While you can randomly encounter one, you’ll want to reach Hunter’s Call Emissary Grade V to quickly track one down. Reaching Emissary Grade V will reveal the active Ancient Megalodon on your Map Table.
