It’s time to party, pirates! Sea of Thieves is turning five! If you want to join the festivities, you’ll want to participate in the Marauder’s Medley Event! Pirates who complete Goals from the Event can earn elusive cosmetics from past events and celebrations! So if missing out on the Prosperous Captain’s Sails or Golden Sailor Cannons still plagues your pirate soul, now is your chance to grab them!

What is the Marauder's Medley Event?

The Marauder’s Medley Event is divided into five consecutive Challenges, each lasting 48 hours. Each Challenge contains three Goals that are split across easy, medium, and hard difficulties. You only need to complete one Goal in a Challenge to earn a reward.

Only one Challenge is active at a time, so you’ll want to ensure you complete a Goal for that Challenge before the Challenge expires. If you miss completing a Goal from a Challenge, you will earn one less reward.

So, if you missed completing a Goal in the first Challenge, you will still unlock the Fabulous Five Eyepatch when you complete a Goal from the second Challenge. However, you won’t be able to earn the Golden Sailor Cannons, as you can only complete a Goal from four Challenges.

You can find the event and your progress toward the Challenges in the Special Events menu under Pirate Log.
