How to unlock the Sunshine Parrot Cosmetics
Before you can purchase any of the Sunshine Parrot cosmetics, you must complete the Legends of the Sea II commendation.
If you have already completed this commendation, the Sunshine Parrot cosmetics will already be available to you for purchase. If not, you’ll want to hit the sea and track down Umbra’s second journal.
How to complete the Legends of the Sea II Commendation
To complete the Legends of the Sea II commendation, you will need to visit Crescent Isle and read one of Umbra’s ten hidden journals.
Sail into the cove of Crescent Isle located in The Shores of Plenty. Just South of the big cave opening in the middle of the island you will find some barrels and a small cave mouth facing the cove. Inside these busted barrels is where you will discover Umbra’s second journal.
How long will the Sunshine Parrot Cosmetics be available?
The Sunshine Parrot cosmetics are a permanent addition to the Outpost shops. They are not time-limited so you don’t have to worry about these cosmetics disappearing any time soon.
