While Season Five gives you more control over your treasure with the ability to bury it, it also gives you less control with the ability to lose your treasure to a game of chance!
Pirates who progress through the early levels of Season Five can earn themselves six different Rolling Dice emotes! Each time you use one of the emotes, your pirate will roll a die in their hand and present the randomly rolled number to everyone watching.
So the next time you are splitting loot with another crew, why not roll your dice to see who gets to sail off with the Chest of Legends? Hopefully, you’ll have Lady Luck on your side! Fingers crossed!
How to get Dice
You can unlock the Rolling Dice emotes by reaching Renown Level 5 during Season Five. Upon reaching Renown Level 5, you will automatically receive the Rolling Dice emotes in your Vanity Chest.
The Rolling Dice Emotes are available to all players and do not require the Plunder Pass or being a Pirate Legend to unlock. Simply sail the sea and earn your way to Renown Level 5!
There are a total of six different Rolling Dice emotes which you will be able to use once you have reached Renown Level 5.
What are the Rolling Dice emotes?
The Rolling Dice emotes will roll a single die in your pirate’s hand and present the result. Depending on which Rolling Dice emote you choose, you can roll a single die with four, six, eight, ten, twelve, or twenty sides.
Where can I find the Rolling Dice emotes?
Once you have unlocked the Rolling Dice emotes, you can equip them like any other emote from a Vanity Chest.
You can find Vanity Chests on ships or in front of the Clothing Shop at any Outpost.
How to roll Dice
Once you have equipped your Rolling Dice emotes, open up your Emote Radial and choose the emote with the corresponding dice you want to roll. Your pirate will start to roll the dice and present the results!
Zoom in on the results!
Like all emotes, you can zoom in on your pirate to better see the result. After using a Dice Emote, use the Right Trigger on your controller or the Scroll Wheel on your mouse to zoom in on the dice.
