One of the many commendations you can complete while you search for Ancient Secrets across the Sea of Thieves is the ‘Rusty Rescuer’ commendation.

To complete the commendation, you must unearth buried Order of Bone and Blade Skeletons on islands.

To perform this commendation, you’ll need to scour islands for bony skeleton hands sticking out of the ground!

Rusty Rescuer

To complete this Commendation, you must dig up and revive 30 Order of Bone and Blade Skeletons. You can find Order of Bone and Blade Skeletons to unearth on large islands in all four regions.

To find an Order of Bone and Blade Skeleton on an island, look for a bony hand sticking out of the ground. The hand will also glint red from a distance, making it easier to spot. Once you find an order of Bone and Blade Skeleton, dig it up and revive it to progress the Commendation.

You can find and revive two Order of Bone and Blade Skeletons on the same island. You’ll want to comb the island’s beach and search inland to find both bony arms.
