The ‘Elected Legend’ commendation is one of the first commendations you can unlock once you reach Mêlée Island. As soon as you step foot on the dock, walk forward and head right toward the dock houses to the South West.
On the dock house to your right with the winch, you will see a poster of Guybrush. Read the poster to read about Guybrush’s re-election campaign and unlock the ‘Elected Legend’ commendation.
You can read other posters throughout the island to earn the commendation, but this is the first one you’ll come across. You can find another poster for example in Scumm Bar.
