No one has located the elusive Prison Cell Key. So more than likely, the key is not in the game for you to find right now.
For those who have already explored a Sea Fort, you might have noticed a locked Prison Cell on the bottom floor. Unfortunately, there is no way in other than through the locked door. Approaching the door will inform you that a Prison Cell Key is needed to open.
So, where is this Prison Cell Key? We believe that the key is not currently present in the game. We have thoroughly searched every nook and cranny of the Sea Fort, looking for one. But, while we have found countless Gold Pouches, pieces of treasure, and the Fortress Store Room Key, we have yet to find a Prison Cell Key.
At the moment, there doesn’t appear to be anything of value inside the Prison Cell. So, we are at least not missing out on much. While the Prison Cell remains empty and locked for the moment, perhaps it will be used for another purpose in the future.
