Willing to work with only Captains and their crew, The Sovereigns will deliver almost any treasure you give them directly to the relevant Trading Company on your behalf, free of charge! You will receive the same amount of gold and reputation as if you sold it to the Trading Company!
So Captains rejoice! Outposts across the sea now have a one-stop shop to quickly offload your precious loot for all its worth!
Who are The Sovereigns?
The Sovereigns are an elite faction of pirates stationed at every Outpost. They offer their premium treasure selling service only to Captains. Sovereigns consider themselves to be of high standing and only have time for the finest of pirates.
If you are a Captain, you can give your treasure to a Sovereign, and they will deliver it to the relevant Trading Company. The Sovereigns don’t take a cut of the gold, so you’ll receive the total amount of what the piece of treasure is worth. Yep, that’s right! Your crew gets 100% of the profit!
Where are The Soveriegns?
You can find The Sovereigns inside their large gold and purple hut on an easy-to-access dock at every Outpost. Their structures are conveniently located near the water and equipped with a harpoon and rowboat dock for easy offloading of treasure.
How do you use The Sovereigns?
To use The Sovereigns, you must first be sailing as a Captain. Then, as a Captain, you can hand in any treasure you’ve collected to the Sovereign representative at any Outpost. As soon as you give it to them, they will distribute it to the relevant Trading Company on your behalf.
Treasures that you can sell to multiple Trading Companies, such as Mermaid Gems, will be randomly sold to one of the Trading Companies. However, if you are sailing as an Emissary for one of the Outpost Trading Companies, the Sovereign will sell the treasure to the Trading Company you represent.
The only treasures you cannot sell to The Sovereigns are Reaper’s Bones and Hunter’s Call exclusive loot. The Sovereigns refuse to do business with the Reaper’s Bones, and they only deliver treasure to Outposts, not Sea Posts.
How to quickly sell treasure to The Sovereigns
The Sovereigns are all about speed and efficiency, and luckily for you, there are several options you can take advantage of to sell your treasure to them quickly!
For starters, you can dock your ship near The Sovereign hut, use the harpoon mounted on the hut to grab treasure from your ship, and drop it on the lift. Then, you can lower the lift into the hut and sell your loot to the Sovereign representative.
Your next option is to take advantage of the nearby rowboat dock. If you have a rowboat filled with treasure, you can use the wench by The Sovereign hut to dock your rowboat. Then, you can easily walk the treasure from the rowboat to the Sovereign representative.
And, of course, you can just go old school and dock your ship right next to The Sovereign hut and deliver it from your ship by walking it over.

I did it but the mission didn’t complete as if I haven’t delivered the treasure to the specific company. I was on a mission to deliver pigs to a certain outpost, then a delivered them to the sovereign of another outpost but the mission kept in the table as if not completed.
Do voyages complete when turning in voyage treasures to the soveriegns
Yeah, because the Sovereigns just pass the treasure along to the Trading Company it belongs to for you.
