To keep up with the mysterious client’s excavations, the Smugglers’ League has expanded its reach by setting up two hideouts in the region, ensuring a steady supply of Black Powder Barrels for extensive mining.
Along with each hideout is a representative, their journal, and fiery traps that you’ll need to dodge if you want to deliver any cargo successfully.
Saltbones Elias on Fetcher's Rest
You can find Saltbones Elias in his hideout on Fetcher’s Rest. The hideout is in the cave beneath the archway in the center of the island, just Northwest of the Volcano. The hideout, being in the archway, allows you to access it on both the North and South sides.
Elais’ journal is on the wooden crate to the right of him. Read it to learn more about Elias and his smuggling journey.

Laughing Fox Lucia on Ruby's Fall
You can find Laughing Fox Lucia in her hideout on Ruby’s Fall. The hideout is in the cave that cuts through the island. You can access it from the North beach or the South entrance, just North of the volcano.
