Act 3 of Season 17 introduces five Deeds to complete. Each Deed will have you taking on a Reaper Fortress World Event. Completing all five Deeds before the end of Act 3 will reward you with the Banner of Bone and Blade Trinket!

Defeat skeletons using a Black Powder Barrel while on an active Reaper Fortress.

To complete this Deed, you must defeat skeletons using Black Powder Barrels while on an active Reaper Fortress.

You can find Black Powder Barrels randomly in Smugglers’ Caches, Smugglers’ Shipwrecks, Smuggling Skeleton Ships, Smugglers’ Route Run Voyage, and Smugglers’ Messages in Bottles.

You can also find a Black Powder Barrel inside the Weapon Cache of a Reaper Fortress. The Weapon Cache is locked, but you can open it using the Skull of Arms you receive after defeating the Master of Arms on wave eight.

Defeat Phantoms with traps on an active Reaper Fortress.

To complete this Deed, you must defeat Phantoms with traps on an active Reaper Fortress.

Each Reaper Fortress has one trap that you can find in the main fortress or in the combat area in front of the fortress. To trigger the trap, look for a nearby lever that starts the trap. Once you lead a group of Phantoms to the area with the trap, interact with the lever, and let the trap defeat the Phantoms.

You will find Phantoms during the Reaper Fortress World Event on waves 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 13, and 14.

Deliver a Skull of Arms to The Smugglers' League.

To complete this Deed, you must sell a Skull of Arms to the Smugglers’ League. You can find a Skull of Arms on the eighth wave of a Reaper Fortress World Event. During the eighth wave, a Master of Arms Skeleton Captain will appear. Defeat the Master of Arms to receive a Skull of Arms. Instead of using it to unlock the Weapon Cache, take it with you and sell it to any Smugglers’ League Representative.
