Each Bilge Rats Weekender, Larinna will task pirates with the same set of five Challenges to work on. You only need to complete each Challenge once, and you can complete them in any order.
Completing each Challenge will reward you with 65 Doubloons, adding up to 325 Doubloons across all five, which you can put toward cosmetics in Larinna’s Black Market or Duke’s Smugglers’ Market.
You will automatically receive them in your Quest Radial upon entering the Sea of Thieves on the High Seas.
Below you’ll find the five Challenges for the Bilge Rats Weekender in July 2026.
Stand in a fire while playing 'Infernal Galop' for 15 seconds
To complete this Challenge, you’ll need to stand in fire while playing ‘Infernal Galop’ for 15 seconds.
To work on this Challenge, you’ll first want to acquire some Firebombs. You can quickly find several in your ship’s Cannonball Barrel. However, if you have already used those Firebombs, you can find more randomly in Resource Barrels and Storage Crates across the sea. You can also purchase them for your ship from any Shipwright.
Once you have some Firebombs, equip them and throw one down on your ship to set it on fire. Equip any instrument and open the Shanty Radial. Once you have the Shanty Radial open, select Infernal Galop. Step into the fire on your ship and start playing Infernal Galop for at least 15 seconds to complete the Challenge.
This Challenge is an individual Challenge, so each member in your crew will need to stand in fire while playing their instrument.
Drop off a Chest of a Thousand Grogs at the top of the Glorious Sea Dog Tavern
To complete this Challenge, you’ll need to drop a Chest of a Thousand Grogs at the top of the Glorious Sea Dog Tavern.
To work on this Challenge, you’ll first want to acquire a Chest of a Thousand Grogs. You can find Chests of a Thousand Grogs randomly in Barrels of Plenty, Shipwrecks, emergent Skeleton Ships, Krakens, and Megalodons.
If you are a Pirate Legend, you can also find a chest from the Legendary Search for Cursed Treasure Voyage you can start from the Quest Table.
Once you have a Chest of a Thousand Gros, make your way to the Glorious Sea Dog Tavern at the map coordinates K-12. You won’t find this island on your Map Table. Just look for a towering stone island with a large wooden Tavern in the middle of the map.
Once you are at the Sea Dog Tavern, grab the chest and make your way to the top of the island. You can take advantage of a Grapple Gun to make your way up and pull the chest behind you. Once you reach the top, pick up the chest and drop it.
This Challenge is an individual Challenge, so each member in your crew will need to pick up and drop the chest.
Dance a jig while mimicking a skeleton aboard a Skeleton Ship
To complete this Challenge, you’ll need to dance while mimicking a skeleton on a Skeleton Ship.
Before you hunt down a Skeleton Ship, you’ll want to make sure you have the Blowpipe equipped. You’ll need to use the Mimic Dart from the Blowpipe to mimic a skeleton. Go to any Armoury and equip the Blowpipe as one of your two loadout weapons.
After you equip a Blowpipe, it’s time to find a Skeleton Ship. You can find a random emergent Skeleton Ship or wait for a Skeleton Fleet World Event to start to find several. To increase your chances of finding a Skeleton Ship, you can sail along the Smugglers’ Route.
Once you find a Skeleton Ship, board it, shoot any skeleton aboard with a Mimic Dark, and start to dance. You can use any Dance emote to receive credit. It doesn’t have to be the default Dance emote.
This Challenge is an individual Challenge, so each member in your crew will need to dance on a Skeleton Ship.
On Sanctuary Outpost, soak a pirate from another crew with a bucket of vomit
To complete this Challenge, you must throw a bucket of vomit at a pirate from another crew.
To vomit, you’ll first need to drink three full Tankards of Grog or eat pieces of uncooked Meat. Shortly after drinking three full Tankards or eating uncooked Meat, you will vomit.
After you drink the Tankards of Grog or eat uncooked Meat, equip the Bucket from your Item Radial to catch the vomit. You will automatically collect your vomit with your Bucket equipped.
Now that you know how to vomit on command, you’ll need to find another crew. You can raise a Reaper’s Bones Emissary or Reaper’s Mark Ship Flag to attract other crews to your location. Once you find a pirate from another crew, catch some vomit in your Bucket and throw it on them.
This Challenge is an individual Challenge, so each member in your crew will need to throw a bucket of vomit on another pirate.
Give a half-eaten pineapple to a peckish pirate from another crew
To complete this Challenge, you must give a half-eaten pineapple to a pirate from another crew.
You can find pineapples in Resource Barrels and Storage Crates across the sea. You can also purchase some from any Shipwright for your Captained Ship.
Once you have a pineapple, eat half of it and save the other half for another pirate. With your half-eaten pineapple, it’s time to find another crew. You can raise a Reaper’s Bones Emissary or Reaper’s Mark Ship Flag to attract other crews to your location. Once you find a pirate from another crew, give them your pineapple.
This Challenge is an individual Challenge, so each member in your crew will need to give a half-eaten pineapple.
