There are eight lore books to find during The Rogue’s Legacy Adventure! All the books belong to different members of the Dark Brethren.
While eight books might sound like a lot, you’ll need to visit four different islands in The Wilds, as each island has two books.
Below are the locations for all eight books hidden throughout the Sea of Thieves.
Unlike Tall Tales, you don’t need to have the Adventure active to find the books. You can sail straight to the island with the book and interact with it to receive credit for reading it. If you are in a crew, make sure you read the book yourself to receive credit for the Deed.

Books on Old Faithful Isle
There are two of Amaranta’s Secret Journals on Old Faithful Isle.
The first journal is near a shark rock painting high up on the island’s South side. You can find it lying beside a tree in the lush vegetation nearby.

Books on Marauder's Arch
There are two of the Warsmith’s Secret Journals on Marauder’s Arch.
The first journal is near a large Kraken skull on the island’s North West beach. You can find it lying beside some rocks in the leafy vegetation nearby.

There are an additional two Warsmith’s Secret Journals on The Crooked Masts.
The first journal is near a rock painting of a storm on the North West side of the island. You can find it lying beside some rocks in the lush greenery nearby.

There are two of Duke’s Secret Journals on Kraken’s Fall.
The first journal is near a Kraken jaw on the South West shore. You can find it wedged between some rocks in the dense vegetation nearby.
