There are four journals to find during the Return of the Damned Adventure! Two of the journals belong to Belle, and two of the journals belong to the Servant of the Flame.
Below are the locations for all four journals hidden throughout the Sea of Thieves.
Unlike Tall Tales, you don’t need to have the Adventure active to find them. Simply sail to the island with the journal and interact with it to receive credit for reading it. If you are in a crew, make sure you read the journal yourself to receive credit for the Deeds.
Find Belle's journals
Belle has left writings at Shipwreck Bay and Royal Crest Fortress.
Journal on Shipwreck Bay
You can find Belle’s first journal, ‘A Chance,’ on Shipwreck Bay on the shipwreck to the South of the island. It is sitting on the balcony behind the Captain’s Cabin.

Journal on Royal Crest Fortress
You can find Belle’s second journal, ‘Points of Power,’ on Royal Crest Fortress on the third floor with all the bunk beds. It is sitting on a table at the end of the room.

Find the Servant of the Flame's journals
The Reaper’s secrets can be found at The Reaper’s Hideout and Mercy’s End Fortress.
Journal on The Reaper's Hideout
You can find the Servant of the Flame’s first journal, ‘Destiny,’ on The Reaper’s Hideout at the base of the wooden scaffolding just behind the main building on the island. It sits in a wooden crate by a Resource Barrel in the dirt.

Journal on Mercy's End Fortress
You can find the Servant of the Flame’s second journal, ‘Tactics,’ on Mercy’s End Fortress on the first floor with the four stoves and a large dining table. It is sitting on a bench just next to the large Kraken skull.
