Before acquiring the Skull of the Banished during the Search for Ancient Secrets Voyage, you must find three Ancient Pillars and break their seals. The images on the map depicting the locations can be hard to decipher.
Below, you will find every possible Ancient Pillar dig site for each island during the Search for Ancient Secrets Voyage. Lead the summoned Order of Bone and Blade Skeletons to the location, and they will begin digging up the pillar!

You can find this Ancient Pillar on the North East side of the island. Lead your Skeleton crew to the middle of the three large trees to the East of the North dock to dig it up.
