Before you can lay siege to the inner Garrison, you’ll need to open the Guardhouse of an Ashen Garrison. Opening the Guardhouse will allow you to interact with a lever that will open the Garrison Main Door. With the main door unlocked, you can then being your assult and reach the Treasury.
Unlock the Guardhouse
To open the Guardhouse, you’ll need to open three other structures on the sea wall surrounding the Ashen Garrison by raising a nearby Capstan. You can locate the three structures by looking for buildings with large metal gates blocking their entrance.
On Servant’s Oath Garrison, the three structures you need to open are the Lighthouse, Sentry Post, and the Bonesmith Forge.
On King’s Chalice Garrison, the three structures you need to open are the Lighthouse, Armoury, and the Workshop.
Locate one of the three structures, find the nearby Capstan, and raise it to gain entry. Inside the structure you opened is a Guardhouse Lock. Pulling the lever inside all three structures will unlock the Guardhouse.
Each time you pull a Guardhouse Lock, a torch on the Guardhouse will light, letting you know how many more levers you need to find.
