Inside the inner Garrison is a vast treasure. However, before you can enter the Garrison and breach the Treasury, you’ll need to open the Garrison Main Door. To open the main door, you’ll need to fight through waves of Skeletons on the sea wall as you open other structures and interact with levers.
Unlock the Garrison Main Door
To open the Garrison Main Door, you’ll need to interact with a lever inside the Guardhouse. Unfortunately, the Guardhouse is also locked, and you’ll need to open it before you can open the Garrison Main Door.
To open the Guardhouse, you’ll need to open three other structures on the sea wall surrounding the Ashen Garrison. Each structure is also locked and has a corresponding Capstan that you must raise to unlock it. You can locate the three structures by looking for buildings with large metal gates blocking their entrance.
On Servant’s Oath Garrison, the three structures you need to open are the Lighthouse, Sentry Post, and the Bonesmith Forge.
On King’s Chalice Garrison, the three structures you need to open are the Lighthouse, Armoury, and the Workshop.
Raise the Capstan next to each structure and interact with the Guardhouse Lock in each to unlock the Guardhouse.
After you pull the third Guardhouse Lock, the entrance to the Guardhouse will lower, and you can enter. Inside, you will find a fourth and final lever which opens the Garrison Main Door.
