There are several doors you’ll need to break open while rummaging through Royal Crest Fortress during your hunt for Captain Flameheart’s prized painting. While you won’t find the painting in the Storeroom, you will discover several tools that you can use during your grand escape from the fortress! Hopefully, with the painting in hand!

Storeroom Keeper

To unlock the Storeroom on top of Royal Crest Fortress during The Smugglers’ Heist Voyage, you’ll need to acquire the Storeroom Key by defeating the Storeroom Keeper.

You’ll encounter several Stronghold Keepers as you pillage Royal Crest Fortress for the painting. However, to find the Storeroom Keeper, you must defeat all of the Obsidian Skeletons outside the fortress. After you kill several waves of Obsidian Skeletons outside the Sea Fort, the Storeroom Keeper will appear. The Storeroom Keeper is an Obsidian Skeleton Captain and will have a nameplate above its head.

If you have trouble finding the Obsidian Skeletons, run around the outside dock as well as the path around the front door to lure them out.

Defeat the Storeroom Keeper, and it will drop a Storeroom Key that you can use on the locked door on top of the Sea Fort.

Inside the Storeroom, you will find a Horn of Fair Winds, an Obsidian Ashen Winds Skull, Bone Callers, Firebombs, and a Cannon of Rage that you can use later for your escape!
