The large scale of an Ashen Garrison can make it difficult to plunder the treasure it holds. While you can use various Harpoons placed around the Garrison, you might want to use a more efficient approach to ferry the loot out.
Lowering the Ashen Garrison’s Sea Gate allows you take advantage of a strategically placed rowboat near the Treasury. Place your treasure in the rowboat to sail out of the Garrison, through the Sea Gate, and dock it at your ship.
Lower the Sea Gate
To lower the Sea Gate on an Ashen Garrison, you must interact with the Sea Gate’s pulley. You can find the pulley on scaffolding overlooking the Sea Gate from the inner Garrison.
You can reach the pulley by using a Grapple Gun or by walking across the ramparts. Once you reach the pulley, interact with it and fully lower the gate. As soon as the gate is as low as it can go, you will complete the Open Up! Commendation.
