How to unlock the Veil of the Ancients Costume
You can unlock the Veil of the Ancients Costume by reaching reputation level 30 in Athena’s Fortune. With the max Athena’s Fortune reputation level raised, 30 is now the highest reputation level you can attain.
While the requirement to unlock the costume is straightforward, that doesn’t mean you won’t need to put in some serious work with the Mysterious Stranger to unlock this elusive costume. However, you can speed up the process by representing the Athena’s Fortune Trading Company and doing the Legend of the Veil Voyage!

To quickly reach reputation level 30, you will want to raise an Athena’s Fortune Emissary Flag. Doing so will allow you to increase your Emissary Grade as you perform certain activities during your adventures, particularly ones related to completing Athena’s Fortune voyages. The higher your Emissary Grade, the more your gold and reputation sold to the Mysterious Stranger will be worth.
It’s possible to rack up a 2.5x on the original value of any piece of Athena’s Fortune treasure! The opportunity to sell your Athena’s Fortune loot for that high value will do wonders to your reputation.

Legend of the Veil Voyage
The second thing you will want to do is the Legend of the Veil Voyage. This voyage is filled with dozens of Athena’s Fortune treasures to collect, including a Chest of Legends! It is the most rewarding voyage a Pirate Legend can do right now.
More importantly, depending on how quickly you can complete it, you can finish the voyage in 30 minutes to an hour and be Emissary Grade 5. Of course, you need to collect every piece of Athena’s Fortune treasure the voyage has to offer to do so. But you’ll want to do that anyway, so you have a pile of loot to sell to the Mysterious Stranger.
Reaching Emissary Grade 5 in an average of 45 minutes with a pile of Athena’s Fortune treasure will surely impress the Mysterious Stranger and boost your reputation level faster than anything else.

Once you have unlocked the Veil of the Ancients Costume, you can buy it from the Pirate Lord in the Pirate Legend Hideout.
