Fates of Fortune Ship Set
To unlock the Fates of Fortune Ship Set, you must complete the ‘Fortune’s Favour’ commendation. However, there are only three Grades to achieve right now, with more Grades planned for future Seasons. Since you can only reach Grade III, you can unlock only seven pieces from the set: the Figurehead, Hull, Sails, Cannon, Flag, Capstan, and Wheel.
As future Seasons release, the Grade for the commendation will increase, and more cosmetics from the Fates of Fortune Ship Set will be available to unlock.
Fates of Fortune Figurehead, Hull, and Sails
You must complete Grade I of the ‘Fortune’s Favour’ commendation to unlock the Fates of Fortune Figurehead, Hull, and Sails.
As soon as you complete Grade I, you will unlock the ship cosmetics and can purchase them from any Shipwright.
- The Fates of Fortune Figurehead costs 600,000 Gold
- The Fates of Fortune Sails costs 600,000 Gold
- And the Fates of Fortune Hull costs 400,000 Gold
Fates of Fortune Cannon, Flag, Capstan, and Wheel
You must complete Grade III of the ‘Fortune’s Favour’ commendation to unlock the Fates of Fortune Cannon, Flag, Capstan, and Wheel.
As soon as you complete Grade III, you will unlock the ship cosmetics and can purchase them from any Shipwright.

Fortune's Favour Grade I
You must hand in 30 Chests of Fortune to The Gold Hoarders to complete Fortune’s Favour Grade I. During Season Eleven, you can only find a Chest of Fortune from completing a Skeleton Fleet World Event.
Fortune's Favour Grade III
You must hand in 90 Chests of Fortune to The Gold Hoarders to complete Fortune’s Favour Grade III. During Season Eleven, you can only find a Chest of Fortune from completing a Fleet of Fortune World Event.
Fleet of Fortune World Event
The Fleet of Fortune World Event is a naval-based World Event. To complete the World Event, you must fight waves of Skeleton Ships until you reach the final wave, where you must defeat a Captain Skeleton Ship.
You will know the Skeleton Fleet World Event is active if you look for a giant red Ship Cloud in the sky. The Skeleton Fleet’s Ship Cloud will be red to let you know it has a Chest of Fortune to claim.

Does the commendation restart with each season? Just made it to grade 1 but no way I could make it to grade 3 before the season ends. Wondering if it’s still worth my time to go after them.
No, the commendation doesn’t reset, don’t worry! It only increases each Season, so Season 12 will increase it to 120 total.
