UPDATE: The next Twitch Drops for the Eastern Winds Sapphire weapon cosmetics has just been announced.
Pirates across the Sea of Thieves can celebrate the start of Fall by earning several new Twitch Drops rewards! Specifically, you can unlock four Eastern Winds Sapphire equipment cosmetics.
To obtain these sapphire-infused cosmetics, you must watch any Sea of Thieves Partner play for one hour per reward.
Once you have watched for one hour, you’ll need to head to your drops inventory and claim the reward. However, you’ll want to keep watching to unlock all four cosmetics!
Twitch Drops Set 1
The first set of Twitch Drops for the Eastern Winds Sapphire equipment cosmetics will run from 9am September 30th to 9am October 4th (UTC). You can earn the following cosmetics:
- Eastern Winds Sapphire Spyglass
- Eastern Winds Sapphire Pocket Watch
- Eastern Winds Sapphire Fishing Rod
- Eastern Winds Sapphire Compass

You can easily find who is streaming Sea of Thieves by checking out the Sea of Thieves Twitch directory here. A Partnered streamer will most likely have the word “drop” in their stream title letting you know that you will be able to earn your cosmetic by watching them.
As soon as the event starts, find your streamer and get to watching!
