All the available Lightbearer cosmetics are in the Pirate Emporium to purchase with Ancient Coins. You don’t need to meet any requirements, unlock any Commendations, or reach certain Reputation Levels before you can acquire them.

Lightbearer Cosmetics
The Lightbearer cosmetics include the Lightbearer Ship Bundle, Lightbearer Ship’s Crest, Lightbearer Costume Set, Lightbearer Weapon Bundle, and the Mighty, Silent, and Wise Lightbearer ship items.
You can purchase most of the cosmetics in bundles or piece by piece depending on your preference.
