Raiding the Vault of a Reaper Fortress will not only reward you with a generous bounty of treasure but also unlock an elusive and mysterious ship set, the Brethren’s Masquerade ship set. However, before you can crack open the Vault, you’ll need to conquer waves of deadly Skeletons, Phantoms, and Ghost Ships!
Brethren's Masquerade Ship Set
To unlock the Brethren’s Masquerade ship set, you must progress and complete the Wrecker of Reaper Fortresses Commendation by completing Reaper Fortresses. You can progress the Wrecker of Reaper Fortresses Commendation on the High Seas or Safer Seas.
Each Grade you achieve for the Commendation will unlock a cosmetic from the Brethren’s Masquerade Ship Set. The ship set includes the Brethren’s Masquerade Hull, Sails, Flag, Cannons, Wheel, Capstan, and Figurehead. Once unlocked, you can purchase them from the Shipwright.
To complete a Reaper Fortress, you must be on the fort when a crew opens the Vault. It can be your crew or a rival crew that uses the Stronghold Key to unlock the Vault. As long as you are on the Skeleton Fort when it opens, you will receive credit.
You can unlock each piece at the following Grades:
- Grade I – Complete 1 Reaper Fortress to unlock the Brethren’s Masquerade Hull
- Grade II – Complete 3 Reaper Fortresses to unlock the Brethren’s Masquerade Sails
- Grade III – Complete 5 Reaper Fortresses to unlock the Brethren’s Masquerade Flag
- Grade IV – Complete 7 Reaper Fortresses to unlock the Brethren’s Masquerade Dark Brethren Cannons
- Grade V – Complete 10 Reaper Fortresses to unlock the Brethren’s Masquerade Wheel
- Grade VI – Complete 15 Reaper Fortresses to unlock the Brethren’s Masquerade Capstan
- Grade VII – Complete 20 Reaper Fortresses to unlock the Brethren’s Masquerade Figurehead
