There are a total of twelve Deeds you’ll need to complete during the Forts of the Forgotten Adventure. You will meet the requirements for most of the Deeds naturally as you progress through the Adventure. However, you can miss completing some Deeds entirely.

Speaking to Sharon once she’s freed is one of the Deeds you can miss. So to ensure you don’t miss it, you’ll need to keep sailing to active Sea Forts and freeing the prisoners there until you have Sharon.

How to speak to Sharon once she's freed

Every active Sea Fort has three prisoners locked in the Prison Cell on the bottom floor. Wonda is always one of the three, but the other two can be any of the other Gold Sands Outpost traders. It’s completely random which two prisoners will be alongside Wonda. Since the other two are random, Sharon the Shipwright can be one of them.

To find Sharon, you will need to keep sailing to active Sea Forts, killing the Phantom Jailor there, and opening the Prison Cell to speak with the prisoners inside. Hopefully, one of the two random prisoners will be Sharon. Sharon has red hair and is wearing a white top with large brown gloves.

To save some time from fighting the Phantom Jailor, you can sail to the active Sea Fort and head straight down to the Prison Cell to see who’s being held captive. If none of the prisoners are Sharon, you can leave and sail to the next active Sea Fort.

It’s important to note that you don’t need to be doing the Adventure to get credit for speaking with the freed prisoners. As soon as you step foot into the Sea of Thieves, you can sail straight to an active Sea Fort from the Outpost to free the prisoners there. Eventually, you will Sharon and complete the Deed.
