One of the many commendations you can complete as you sail the sea is the Small but Mighty commendation.

To complete this commendation, you must shoot another ship using a Cannon Rowboat. You will need to shoot another ship 25 times to complete the commendation fully.

To work on this, you will first need to get your hands on a Cannon Rowboat.

Small but Mighty Commendation

Cannon Rowboats can be found randomly on island beaches in the Sea of Thieves. Once you find one, find another ship and blast away. Once you have hit another ship 25 times with the Cannon Rowboat, you will have completed this commendation.

We completed this commendation by shooting a Skeleton Ship. Skeleton Ships could be a good alternative if you have difficulty attacking other pirate ships.

We also found it helpful to attach the Cannon Rowboat to our ship. However, if you try and use the Cannon Rowboat independent of the ship, you will have to contend with significant kickback with each cannon shot.
