There are ten Deeds you’ll need to complete during the Return of the Damned Adventure. You will meet the requirements for most of the Deeds as you tackle the Adventure. However, you can miss some Deeds, such as the ones requiring you to read Belle’s and the Servant of the Flame’s journals.

To complete every Deed, you’ll need to experience both Belle’s and The Reaper’s paths allowing you to raise a flag on a Sea Fort for each and return a Bewitching Doll to each.

The ten Deeds are:

  • Speak with Belle
  • Speak with the Servant of the Flame
  • Raise Belle’s flag on a Sea Fort
  • Raise The Reapers’ flag on a Sea Fort
  • Find Belle’s journals
  • Find the Servant of the Flame’s journals
  • Defeat a Soulflame Captain
  • Turn in a Bewitching or Enchanted Bewitching Doll to Belle
  • Turn in a Bewitching or Enchanted Bewitching Doll to the Servant of the Flame
  • Complete the Adventure

Speak with Belle

To complete this Deed, you must speak with Belle on Shipwreck Bay. You can find her standing by a ritual table just North of the large shipwreck on the island’s Southern beach. When you see her, approach her and talk to her to complete the Deed.

Talk to Belle

Speak with the Servant of the Flame

To complete this Deed, you must speak with the Servant of the Flame on The Reaper’s Hideout. However, he isn’t standing in his usual spot. Instead, you can find him standing by a ritual table near the beach in front of the large structure on the island. When you see him, approach him and speak with him to complete the Deed.

Talk to The Servant of the Flame

Raise Belle's flag on a Sea Fort

To complete this Deed, you must continue Belle’s Path by speaking with Belle on Shipwreck Bay. She will give you Belle’s Fort Flag, which is necessary to complete this Deed.

After receiving the flag, you need to find a Sea Fort. To raise Belle’s Fort Flag, the Sea Fort must not be claimed or claimed by the Reaper’s Bones.

You can refer to the ritual table by Belle to find a free or claimed Sea Fort. Another option is to scan the horizon for red Sea Fort Claim Beacons that signal a Sea Fort that belongs to the Reaper’s Bones.

Once you’ve found a suitable Sea Fort, sail to it. If it is active, you’ll need to clear the Sea Fort of the Phantoms and the Captain of the Fortress before raising your flag. Once you’ve completed the Sea Fort, head to the top, equip your Fort Flag, and interact with the flagpole.

Defeat a Soulflame Captain

Every active Sea Fort will also potentially spawn a Soulflame Captain. Soulflame Captains have a lot of health and are not easy to take down. However, once you take one down, it will leave behind its soul, which you can use to enchant a Bewitching Doll.

Soulflame Captain

Turn in a Bewitching or Enchanted Bewitching Doll to Belle

To complete this Deed, you must find a Bewitching Doll and deliver it to Belle. You don’t need to be on the Adventure to work on this Deed.

You can find Bewitching Dolls inside the cupboards, cabinets, and other furniture scattered about Sea Forts. However, to have a guaranteed shot at finding one, you’ll want to open the Fortress Treasury of a Sea Fort. There will always be one in the cupboard inside the treasury.

To open the Fortress Treasury, you’ll need to clear the Sea Fort of its Phantoms and slay the Captain of the Fortress. Upon death, the Captain of the Fortress will drop a Fortress Treasury key which will allow you to gain access to the treasury and the Bewitching Doll inside.

Sell Bewitching Doll

Turn in a Bewitching or Enchanted Bewitching Doll to the Servant of the Flame

To complete this Deed, you must find a Bewitching Doll and deliver it to the Servant of the Flame. You don’t need to be on the Adventure to work on this Deed.

Read about the similar Deed above to learn where to find Bewitching Dolls.

Complete the Adventure

To complete this Deed, you must complete Belle’s Path and the Reaper’s Path. To complete Belle’s Path, you’ll need to raise Belle’s Fort Flag at a Sea Fort and deliver a Bewitching Doll to her. The Reaper’s Path is almost identical and requires you to raise the Reaper’s Fort Flag at a Sea Fort and give a Bewitching Doll to the Servant of the Flame.
