The Smugglers’ League is a mysterious group of pirates who prefer to be out of sight and out of mind. You won’t see their representatives on Outposts or Seaposts. Instead, you can find the Smugglers’ League at their Hideouts inside dark caverns of islands throughout the Sea of Thieves.
Smugglers' League Hideouts
Smugglers’ Hideouts are where you can sell Smugglers’ League treasure to Smugglers’ League representatives.
As you can only sell Smugglers’ League treasure, such as Black Powder Barrels, to Smugglers’ League representatives, you’ll want to know precisely where to go to deliver their treasure.
There are six Smugglers’ League Hideouts in total, spread across key islands: two in The Shores of Plenty, two in The Wilds, and two in the Ancient Isles.
Sea-Cloak Solomon on Smugglers' Bay
You can find Sea-Cloak Solomon on Smugglers’ Bay near the back of the cave near the center of the island.
To reach him, dock your ship in the bay and head North up to the cave entrance in the large cliff that arcs around the beach. Head inside the cave and you’ll find Sea-Cloak Solomon at the end of it. You’ll have to bypass several wooden pressure plates that trigger traps near the cave’s entrance.

Low-Tide Lottie on Crescent Isle
You can find Low-Tide Lottie on Crescent Isle inside the South hidden storage chamber near the middle of the island.
To reach her, head inside the large cave that cuts through the island and follow the wooden bridge South to find the storage chamber’s entrance. Head inside to find Low-Tide Lottie below the wooden scaffolding. You’ll have to bypass several wooden pressure plates that trigger traps near the chamber’s entrance.

Wily Wei-Lin on Plunder Valley
You can find Wily Wei-Lin on Plunder Valley inside the Southern cave.
To reach her, you can use the cave entrance in Canyon Pass or the cave entrance on the South hill. You’ll have to bypass several wooden pressure plates that trigger traps near both the cave’s entrances.

Starbright Ix Crook’s Hollow
You can find Starbright Ix on Crook’s Hollow in the Northern cave chamber by the Endless Lizard painting.
To reach her, you can use one of several cave entrances around the island. The most direct access is the cave by the dock on the West side of the island. You’ll have to bypass several wooden pressure plates that trigger traps near each of the cave’s entrances.

Bloodwake Kidir on Old Faithful Isle
You can find Bloodwake Kidir on Old Faithful Isle in the large Southern cave.
To reach him, dock your ship on the South beach and head North. You should see the hull of an old shipwreck with an entrance in the middle of it. Walk through the hull to find Bloodwake Kidir standing on a wooden platform. You’ll have to bypass several wooden pressure plates that trigger traps near the cave’s entrance.

You can find Little Lord Leander on The Crooked Masts in the cave on the island’s South side.
To reach him, you can use the East or West cave entrances. You’ll have to bypass several wooden pressure plates that trigger traps near each of the cave’s entrances.

Laughing Fox Lucia on Ruby's Fall
You can find Laughing Fox Lucia on Ruby’s Fall in the Northern cavern that cuts through the island.
To reach her, you can use the North or South cave entrances. You’ll have to bypass several wooden pressure plates that trigger traps near each of the cave’s entrances.

You can find Saltbones Elias in the large cave at the middle of the isle.
To reach him, you can use the North sea or South cave entrances. You’ll have to bypass several wooden pressure plates that trigger traps near each of the cave’s entrances.
