You can embark on two different time-limited Voyages during the Festival of Fishing. One is A Hunter’s Rare Fishing Map, and the second is Merrick’s Recipe Request.
While the Hunter’s Rare Fishing Map is an expanded Fishing Map Voyage, Merrick’s Recipe Request is a unique Voyage that will have you gather ingredients to construct exquisite dishes for The Hunter’s Call!
Merrick's Recipe Request
Merrick’s Recipe Request is a single-chapter Hunter’s Call Voyage that will have you collecting specific ingredients and selling them to Hunter’s Call representatives.
Once you start the Voyage, you will receive one Quest, Merrick’s Menu, with three dishes you must prepare: a Starter, Main Course, and Today’s Special. Each dish requires two different ingredients, ranging from Chicken to a type of Fish.
Next to each ingredient required for the dish is a note about how many you need and how to prepare it. You must hand in raw, cooked, or charred ingredients, depending on the request. All the ingredients you hand in for the Voyage are worth a significant amount more Gold and Reputation than their normal value.
As you hand in ingredients to the Hunter’s Call representative, you will see the counter the Quest go down. Once every ingredient has a zero next to it, you will complete the Voyage. Completing the Voyage will also earn you an additional 35,000 Gold and Reputation bonus.
If the number of ingredients is not ticking down, ensure you’re handing in raw, cooked, or charred food, as Merrick requested.
